Job Title: Telesales Executive (New Business)

Type: Full-time, Permanent (Office based / Hybrid / Home working)

Salary: Competitive (circa £24,000) plus Commission (OTE £40,000) and the opportunity to earn a year-end bonus based on gross profit generated

Role Overview:
As a Telesales Executive, you will be required to have a broad depth of  product knowledge and experience in hitting the phone on a daily basis within a sales environment. A background working for an IT Reseller is necessary for this job role. You will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling a diverse range of IT equipment and/or office consumables over the phone, which can include laptops, servers, printers, monitors, printer cartridges, and office stationery. You will be expected to drive new business and achieve a certain number of calls per day. You will be duly rewarded for ‘hitting’ the KPI’s that the company operate. This position is ideal for an enthusiastic individual looking to further their sales career and climb the ladder of success. This job will reward your personal and financial growth symbiotically.



Key Qualifications:

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive telesales person who possesses the following attributes:

Base knowledge experience within the IT sector 

The ability to work to deadlines and meet company targets

Good verbal communication abilities

Natural persuasiveness with a flair for building rapport with customers and suppliers

Solid understanding of IT products and willingness to stay updated on industry trends



Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
